- What is the shipping and return procedure?
Delivery within the EU & return shipping within Germany are free. We have a 30 day happiness guarantee: try your product. You are not satisfied? Then write to us and we will send you a return label. Unfortunately, shipping to packing stations is not possible.
- What possible defects does the table have?
B-ware are tables with minor defects. These include slightly wobbly legs, scratches, dents, rough surfaces and edges. These defects do not affect the laptop table and it can still be used to its full extent. C-ware tables have more tippy legs, significant scratches, places where some of the top layer of wood has chipped off or a wavy surface. Still usable, but greatly reduced due to the blemishes.
- Why do you sell B and C goods at all?
Damage can occur during production, transport or through returns. Of course, we try to avoid this as much as possible, but it still happens from time to time that we have to sort out tables because of their quality. However, these are much too good to simply throw away. Resources, working hours and loving handiwork have gone into each table. Simply throwing them away is out of the question for us. That's why we offer them at a greatly reduced price in our online shop for all those who want to give our tables a second chance.
- What can I still use B or C goods for?
Despite the flaws, our laptop tables are perfect for the home office. Even though they have tippy legs, they are usually stable on soft surfaces and if you don't like eating & drinking in bed or on the couch anyway, tippy legs will bother you even less. Especially tables with rough edges and surfaces have unlimited possibilities for use compared to the "perfect" table. You're off work? Then simply use your table as a side table or plant bench.
- How do I take care of the table?
The table is sealed with a very thin layer of oil. This protects the wood from moisture. Simply use a damp cloth to clean it, then rub it dry - that's it!
- What kind of wood do you use?
We use resource-saving veneer, which is shaped. The core of the table is made of beech wood. The top layers of walnut and oak come from America and Europe respectively.
- How resilient is the table?
The founder Philipp likes to stand on the table at trade fairs to demonstrate its stability. In short: a large plant, for example, is no problem for the table.
- Where do I put the table when I'm not working on it?
Just put it next to the couch or in front of the bed as a side table. Put a small plant and a candle on it and you can enjoy your new piece of jewellery every day.
