• How does the sample order work?

You can return the sample within 30 days for free and we will refund you the full amount. There is a sample logo engraved on the sample.

• What is the order process for the custom product?

After the order is received, the logo is checked again for engravability. We will contact you in any case with a control print. Depending on the order situation and the size of your order, the order will be processed and shipped to you within 1-4 weeks. For more details look at the drop-down "order process".

• Is there a return policy?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a return policy for engraved products. However, you can order an unengraved sample and get an idea of the product. In case of damage due to production errors or shipping, we will of course pay for it.

• The menus are so thin, how durable is that?

Our engineer Philipp has developed a 5-layer structure of wood and fiberglass fabric. This results in an extremely high stability, despite the thin material of only 1.8 mm. This makes the menu flexible, but it is still very durable.

The hinge has been developed so that it will never break when opening and closing. In addition, we have glued in a textile patch for many years of durability.

• How do I receive the menus?

We will send you the wooden covers, book screws and foils (if ordered) separately assembled. The length of the book screws is chosen by us so that everything fits perfectly. If you want to bind in paper, we will clarify this in our coordination meeting after receiving your order. If you want us to do the assembly for a small service fee, let us know in the coordination meeting.

• What does my logo branding look like in real?

You can already see the logo branding in our pictures. If you are unsure, please order a sample of the product. You will get a good impression. The best engraving results we get with black and white free logos.

• How durable are the menus?

The wood is resistant to moisture, because we have sealed it with a wood oil 2x. The advantage over varnish is that this can of course be renewed after 2-4 years and the cards look like new again.

• Which wood do you use?

We use oak and walnut wood for our menus. The core of the wood cover is beech wood. The wood comes from a local supplier on site at our producer.

What are the logo requirements?

It's best to upload only high-resolution, cropped files (e.g. PNG). CLICK HERE to go to a page where you can easily crop your logo. Ideally, the logo is already black. The laser cannot engrave grayscale.

Don't worry: We check each logo again after we receive your order and will contact you if we see any room for improvement. Our motivation is that your logo will look great on your new menus!
