• How does the sample order work?

You can return the sample free of charge within 30 days and we will give you a full refund. A sample logo is engraved on the sample.

• What is the process of ordering the custom product?

Engraving orders require more individual attention before and after the purchase. We have currently optimized our processes so that we can offer as little as 5 pieces. If you have larger quantities but with individual names, we can accommodate that. Just make an individual request!

• Is there a right of return?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a return policy for engraved products. However, you can order a sample and get an idea of the product. In case of damage due to production errors or shipping, we will of course pay for it.

• How can I change the paper insert?

You can simply pull the insert out of the built-in rails and exchange it for a new one. You can find new refill inserts here or you can use conventional ring pads in standard DIN format (A6, A5, A4) from the retail trade.

The ingenious thing: Your customer or employee will use the engraved cover again and again. A real companion for many years.

• How will the notebooks arrive?

We send you the notebooks assembled. In the coordination meeting we ask you whether you want the books loose (approx. 10 books in a box) or individually packed in a box.

• What does my logo branding look like in real?

You can already see the logo branding in our pictures. If you are unsure, please order a sample of the product. You will get a good impression. We get the best engraving results with black-and-white free logos.

• What kind of wood do you use?

We use oak and walnut wood for our menus. The core of the wood cover is beech wood. The wood comes from a local supplier on site at our producer.

• How durable is the notebook?

The wood is resistant to moisture as we have sealed it with a wood oil. This can of course be renewed by hand after 1-2 years.

The hinge is designed so that it will never break when opened and closed. In addition, we glued in small textile patches for long lasting durability.

What are the logo requirements?

It is best to upload only high-resolution, cropped files (e.g. PNG). CLICK HERE to go to a page where you can easily crop your logo. Ideally, the logo is already black. The laser cannot engrave grayscale.

Don't worry: We check each logo again after we receive your order and will contact you if we see any room for improvement. Our motivation is to make sure your logo looks great on your new menus!

After the order is received, the logo will be checked again for engravability. We will contact you in any case with a control print. Depending on the order situation and the size of your order, the order will be processed and shipped to you within 1-4 weeks.
