• How does the order process work?

After the order is received, the logo is checked again for engravability. We will contact you in any case with a control print. Depending on the order situation and the size of your order, the order will be processed and shipped to you within 1-4 weeks. For more details look at the drop-down "order process".

• Why is there a minimum quantity?

Engraving orders require more individual attention before and after the purchase. We have currently streamlined our processes so that we can offer quantities as low as 5. If you have larger quantities, but with individual names, we can accommodate that. Just make an individual request!

• Is there a right of return?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a return policy for engraved products. However, you can order a sample and get an idea of the product. In case of damage due to production errors or shipping, we will of course pay for it.

• Where does the wood come from?

The wood of the rollerball pen is carefully selected by our manufactory in Austria and comes from local wood suppliers. They obtain the wood from sustainable sources, where the corresponding trees grow.

• How can I change the refill?

You can easily unscrew the front part of the pencil, take out the refill and replace it.

• Where can I buy refills?

We use very high quality Faber-Castell ink roller refills 148712, which can be found in our store, at numerous online dealers and retailers. There is also the possibility that refills from other companies will fit, we just haven't tested this extensively yet.

• Does the rollerball come with refill?

Yes, the rollerball pens come with a black ink roller refill from Faber-Castell.

• What materials is the rollerball made of?

The front golden part is made of high quality metal (brass) and the back part is made of solid wood. The refill is also made of metal with a ceramic tip.

• How do I care for the wooden rollerball pen?

The rollerball pen is sealed with an oil, which protects it from moisture. The sealing makes it durable for several years.

What are the logo requirements?

It is best to upload only high-resolution, cropped files (e.g. PNG). CLICK HERE to go to a page where you can easily crop your logo. Ideally, the logo is already black. The laser cannot engrave grayscale.

Don't worry: We check each logo again after we receive your order and will contact you if we see any room for improvement. Our motivation is to make sure your logo looks great on your new menus!
