• Does the bathtub tray fit on my bathtub?

We have designed the tray for standardized bathtubs. At 82 cm, the tray is slightly longer than standard tubs, so it's guaranteed to be long enough. If you are not sure, you can order the bathtub shelf and place it on your bathtub rim to try it out.

• How do I care for the bathtub tray?

The tray is sealed several times with a thin layer of special varnish. This protects the wood from moisture. You can easily wipe the bathtub shelf with a damp cloth. To avoid long-term water stainswe recommend that you dry your tray after bathing. When bathing with colored bath additive, we recommend wiping the wood with a damp cloth afterwards so that the residue from the bath additive does not leave any permanent discoloration. If residues do occur, you can simply freshen up the shelf with sandpaper and varnish.

• What kind of wood do you use?

We only use wood that comes from non-endangered forests. The bathtub shelf is made of solid wood. Choose from light oak or dark walnut.

• How strong is the tray?

The tray is resilient enough for all the necessary things for a relaxing bath or for decorating: for example, larger pillar candles, towels, a bottle of wine or even a large plant are no problem for the tray. We do not recommend putting yourself or children on the bathtub tray.

• Where to put the bath tray when I am not bathing?

Since the tray has no feet or protruding parts, it can be stored in a space-saving way, e.g. behind bathroom cabinets. Alternatively, you can leave it decoratively on the bathtub and place dried flowers, a candle or towels on it.

• Can I take a tablet with me into the bathtub?

The bathtub tray has a groove for tablets or smartphones. Important: Never take electronic devices into the bathtub while they are connected to the power supply!

• Will my tablet/smartphone fit in the milling?

The gap for tablets is 1 cm deep and 1 cm wide. iPad Minis and iPads up to and including model 10.2 fit very well in the slot. Since newer iPad models are square and slightly thicker, we recommend using a case with a stand. If you are not sure if your tablet will fit, you can try it out at your home. If it does not fit, you can return the tray to us within 30 days.
